Cleanliness and Restoration
Panhandle does not just clean and restore, they actually build anew. Staff are professional, and the company is prompt in their work. They did an amazing job while being completely transparent with costs and time commitments. Employees are enthusiastic and thorough, and the company communicates well with clients regarding the schedule and insurance issues. They were excellent in not only repairing the damaged exterior but also replacing the siding for the entire house.
Poor Service
On the other hand, some customers had a terrible experience with Panhandle. Chad is accused of lying and not returning phone calls for almost a year. The customer had to make the delivery drivers stand there with them for a half hour before the owner himself finally agreed to a discount. Another customer had to deal with workers who were late, unprofessional, and left debris in their yard. A third customer had to wait over a year to have damage repair fully completed, including being referred to a suspicious law firm for collections.
Quality of Work
The quality of Panhandle's work varies. While some customers were pleased with the restoration, tile waxing, and drying vent cleaning, others were not satisfied with the work done. A customer had to pay for mold removal, and another customer had to deal with the hassle of incorrect invoices and a scammy-seeming legal firm.
