Dial A Maid's History

DIAL-A-MAID is considered to be among the finest house cleaning services in the Dallas and surrounding areas. Known as the "Cinderella" Scrubbers, our customers tell us we are the best. We are a small local company that is family owned and operated. We are not one of the big franchises, so our rates are very affordable.

Founded in 2005, Dial A Maid was acquired by Emily's Maids. Greg Shepard, the founder of Emily's Maids, has been in the cleaning industry since 2004. During this time, Greg had formed close friendships with many of the owners in the Dallas area, sharing ideas among each other to improve our house cleaning businesses. Julie Matthews, the previous owner of Dial A Maid, was one of these friendships. When she and her family decided to move out of the Dallas area, she sold Dial A Maid to Emily's Maids.

Due to the possibility of relocation for my husband's work, we decided to begin marketing Dial A Maid for sale. We had several interested buyers, but I knew that the right buyer would be Greg. Our Services

At Dial A Maid, we offer a variety of services from regular, recurring service such as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (every four weeks) to one-time, detail cleaning, make readies, move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning. We offer complete house cleaning services in Flower Mound, Coppell, Carrollton, North Dallas, Frisco, Grapevine, Little Elm, and The Colony. If you don't see your city, just ask!

We take great care in having the best people. We know that our professional cleaners are the reason you have the most value, so we take great care in who's on our home cleaning team. Dial-A-Maid's staff undergoes a thorough criminal history, background check, and drug screening. You can't have one without the other because you are entrusting us with your biggest investment; your house!
