We use a vibration technique for dusting, which involves turning your rug upside down on our dusting floor and using vibration technology to free any dirt or dust.

For delicate rugs, we opt for the pressurized air method, where we turn your rug right side up and blow out the dirt and dust. If your rug has urine stains or odors, we use a deodorizing rug shampoo made with essential oils and a soft nylon brush cleaner, followed by a submersion bath.

We then wash your rug using a low-surface tension biodegradable cleaner, rinse it thoroughly, and dry it using either hanging racks or flat drying methods. All area rugs are dried in a controlled-environment room to ensure proper drying and care.
