4. Will the weather affect our scheduled appointment?
Although we try our best to keep our scheduled appointments, the weather in Florida can be a factor. We will have to reschedule for roof cleaning for high winds and/or rain. Houses, driveways, pool enclosures are usually ok to clean in a light rain, but we monitor the forecast closely and communicate with our customers if the weather will be a factor for the day. Safety is our number one goal as is customer satisfaction.
5. Will you need to reschedule due to weather?
Yes, if the forecast is calling for wind, heavy rain, thunder and lightening in the area. If we are scheduled for roof cleaning, for example. High winds and definitely rain will keep us off your roof. With wind, our solution is sprayed on with low pressure and it will get everywhere but where it needs to be which is on your roof. With rain, it is a safety factor more than anything. Our number one goal is safety as well as customer satisfaction. We monitor the weather forecast closely and communicate with our customers if weather will be a factor for the day.
