Our History

Clean As A Whistle was founded in 1984 by Howard Partridge, who had a background in the restaurant industry. Recognizing the need for a more attentive and educational approach to cleaning, Partridge immersed himself in education and research, studying cleaning magazines and manuals, and networking with other professionals nationwide. This dedication has enabled us to solve complex cleaning problems that other cleaners may not be equipped to handle.
