Our Crew

Our crew leaders undergo regular training and evaluations to improve and grow. Many of our crew members have been with us for years and aspire to be leaders in our company and industry. Our Chief Executive Officer, Dylan Kelly, started Mr. Sparkle Window Washers in 2001 after graduating from San Francisco State University. With a background in the military and a contractor, Dylan brings a unique combination of skills to the business.
