Poor Experience with Cleaning Service
Unreliability and Poor Communication
Both reviewers had disappointing experiences with the cleaning service. Nakia T. scheduled a Sunday appointment and was told that Judy would arrive to clean the empty townhome. However, Judy arrived 30 minutes late and seemed unprepared for the job, informing her boss in another language that the job would take four hours.
Similarly, Bryan T. experienced poor communication and unreliability when the cleaning crew arrived 90 minutes early, interrupting his work meeting. The boss then called to inform him that the crew would arrive in 60 minutes, despite already being present.
Subpar Cleaning
Nakia T. specifically requested that the stove, blinds, and baseboards be cleaned, along with simple dusting and cleaning of window seals. However, the townhome was not thoroughly cleaned, with dusty surfaces remaining.
Lack of Attention to Detail
Bryan T. had informed the service that the house needed to be picked up, particularly with children's toys scattered around. However, the crew failed to address this issue, leading to his dissatisfaction with the service.
