Services
Rug Cleaning
Our 10-step rug cleaning process combines traditional methods with modern technology to deep-clean rugs without damage. Using organic solutions, we remove embedded dirt, allergens, and stains while preserving fibers. The process includes dust removal, flooding, hand-washing, and pH-balanced rinsing to restore rugs to like-new condition. This service extends rug lifespan and improves indoor air quality by eliminating trapped pollutants.
Rug Repair
Specializing in antique and hand-knotted rugs, our repair service addresses frayed edges, holes, and foundation damage. Techniques include fringe reweaving, color restoration, and dry rot repair using matching materials. Our experts preserve original patterns while reinforcing structural integrity. This service maintains rug value and functionality through meticulous attention to historical craftsmanship and material authenticity.
Pet Stain Removal
Targeting pet urine, vomit, and fecal stains, our removal process breaks down crystallized residues and neutralizes ammonia odors. We use pH-specific solutions to prevent color bleeding while extracting deep-seated contaminants. The treatment includes fiber sanitization to eliminate bacteria, ensuring rugs remain hygienic and odor-free. This service protects rug investments from permanent damage caused by pet accidents.
Rug Appraisal
Certified appraisals document rug value for insurance, resale, or estate planning. Our experts evaluate age, origin, material, and craftsmanship to determine market value. Reports include detailed descriptions, photographs, and authentication seals. This service provides legally recognized documentation accepted by courts, IRS, and insurance providers, ensuring proper coverage and fair market pricing.
Rug Padding
Custom-cut padding prevents rug slippage and floor scratches while enhancing comfort. We offer non-slip rubber and thick cushioned options tailored to rug type and flooring. This service extends rug lifespan by reducing friction wear and protecting against moisture damage. Proper padding also improves underfoot comfort and maintains rug alignment beneath furniture.
