With four generations of cleaners, Saiger's Sauce Products are created from more than 50 years of cleaning experience, passed down through the Saiger family. Our cleaning products are the result of astute observation, testing in the real world, and a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning results.

At Saiger's Steam Clean, we provide a range of cleaning services in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Carpet Cleaning: We use the Butler "Van Powered" Truckmount system, which is self-contained, runs off the van motor, and has water filtration systems on board, as well as water softening. Our prices are based on the square footage of the area we clean, and we charge only for the surface area cleaned. Our carpet cleaning system is designed to provide super clean carpets without sticky residue.
• Upholstery Cleaning: We offer upholstery cleaning services for all types of fabric using our Butler Truckmount system. Our upholstery cleaning process is designed to provide a deep clean while protecting your furniture.
• Carpet and Upholstery Protectant: We provide carpet and upholstery protectant services using our Saiger's Super Sealer product. Our protectant product provides a long-lasting barrier against dirt, spills, and stains.
• Tile and Grout Cleaning: We offer tile and grout cleaning services using our Butler Truckmount system and Saiger's Tsunami Tile and Grout Cleaner. Our tile and grout cleaning process is designed to provide a deep clean while protecting your tile and grout.

Our Cleaning Equipment and Materials

At Saiger's Steam Clean, we use only the finest cleaning equipment and materials. Our cleaning system is designed to provide a deep clean, fast dry times, and long-lasting results. We use the Butler "Van Powered" Truckmount system, which is self-contained, runs off the van motor, and has water filtration systems on board, as well as water softening. Our prices include major furniture moving, and we have special tabs and Styrofoam blocks to protect your carpet and furniture. We also offer carpet and furniture protectant services using our Saiger's Super Sealer product.

Dry Times and End Results

Our dry times can vary due to daily humidity and soil conditions of the carpet, but in most cases, you will find the carpets dry to the touch within 2 to 4 hours. Our Butler Carpet Cleaning systems are modified with special 2.5 inch hoses, custom scrub wands, Rotary Extractors, and Zipper Wands. Our cleaning methods are designed to provide super clean carpets and upholstery with no sticky residue. You will find that carpets and upholstery will stay cleaner longer with our cleaning methods.
