Our Policies

We strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible. For residential cleaning services, payment is always due in full at the time of service. Regular services must be pre-paid either monthly or bi-monthly, and our minimum is 4 hours per cleaning. For commercial cleaning services, payment is always due on the day and time stipulated under the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the due date. For one-time services, payment is due at the time of service.
