Ter-Jan Company is a family-owned business that has been providing professional flooring services for over 50 years. Our story began in 1969 when Danny Stephens, a young man with faith and dreams, started a small janitorial company called Terrell Janitorial. Over the years, Danny oversaw a growing enterprise, raised a family, and became more involved in the Terrell community.

In the early 1990s, Danny added flooring services to his business portfolio, including flood and fire damage restoration. To encompass all facets of the business, he shortened the name to Ter-Jan Company, as it remains today. Ter-Jan Company specializes in personalized customer service for Kaufman and surrounding counties.

After over 50 years of operating a thriving janitorial and flooring business, Danny has recently handed the reins to his son, Craig, who continues the tradition of excellent service to those the company is blessed to serve. The Stephens-Bunch Family is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, and we are proud to be a part of the Terrell and Forney Chambers of Commerce.
