Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers had negative experiences with Vogue Cleaners, citing poor folding techniques, lost or misplaced items, and poor customer service. Linda Heniadis gave the service 1 star, saying that the folding of her clothing was terrible, and her bedding was even worse. She also stated that the owner, John, refused to refund her payment and told her to go elsewhere. Stephen Schmidt also gave 1 star, as his tailored suit went missing and the company refused to offer a discount on his bill. Sheila Linder was unhappy that her comforter and pillow shams were not pressed, despite being told that it was possible to do so for an additional fee. Bird Man was furious that the cleaners closed early, ruining his weekend trip, while Spook Swan was disappointed with the shrinkage of her clothes and the damage caused by the cleaners.
