Poor Communication and Quality of Service
A-1 Messaged the customer, Trae G., to discuss rates and availability for repairs and cleaning. However, they failed to call for confirmation, and the customer was unsure if they would show up. Despite the initial inspection appearing good, the cleaning was subpar, with areas left dry and not attempting to clean under an ottoman. The customer was charged $199 for a half-assed cleaning.
Excellent Service
N. R. had a positive experience with A-1 carpet cleaning. They were a bit late, but the final cost was lower than the initial estimate. The service was friendly and thorough, and the carpets looked great after cleaning. The staff wore masks, which was appreciated.
