Services
New Construction Cleaning
Our new construction cleaning service addresses the unique demands of post-build environments. We implement a two-phase process: initial rough cleaning followed by a detailed final clean, ensuring all dust, debris, and construction residues are removed. This service prepares properties for occupancy while maintaining safety standards throughout the process.
Commercial Cleaning
Commercial cleaning maintains hygienic workspaces through weekly scheduled services. Our team focuses on high-traffic areas like desks, doorknobs, and equipment while offering customizable plans. We prioritize consistent, professional service to support productivity in office environments across Carteret and Craven counties.
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Vacation rental cleaning ensures properties remain pristine between guest rotations. We perform comprehensive turnarounds on weekends, sanitizing all surfaces and preparing spaces for incoming visitors. This service supports property owners by maintaining cleanliness standards that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning provides annual, comprehensive maintenance beyond routine services. Our team targets overlooked areas like baseboards, ceiling fans, and vents using specialized tools. This service restores spaces to optimal cleanliness levels, addressing accumulated grime in both residential and commercial settings.
Commercial Disinfecting
Commercial disinfecting combats pathogens using EPA-approved solutions and fogging technology. We apply antimicrobial barriers effective for 30+ days, targeting bacteria and viruses in high-traffic business environments. This service enhances safety protocols for employees and customers in office and retail spaces.
