At Royal Cleaners & Tailors, we pride ourselves on being the best dry cleaners and tailors in Metrowest since 1989. Our story began when Dimitrios "Jimmy" Skafidas, a Greek immigrant, came to the United States in 1967 with a dream to start his own business. With a passion for dry cleaning, Jimmy worked his way up from apprentice to eventually becoming an owner of his own dry cleaning business in Roslindale, Massachusetts.

Jimmy's dedication and hard work paid off, and he was able to expand his business, opening six cleaner locations throughout Massachusetts. In 1989, Jimmy and his wife Ethel decided to embark on a new venture, opening Royal Cleaners and Tailors in Framingham, Massachusetts.

The sixth generation of the Skafidas family, Jimmy and Ethel's son Steve, took over the helm of operations in 1996. Steve brought a fresh perspective to the business, incorporating modern technology and innovative services to stay ahead of the competition.

Shirt Service: Our shirt service uses top-of-the-line "Sankosha" equipment with 145-degree water and the best detergents to give you a crisp, clean shirt.

alterations and Repairs: Our experienced seamstress, Marilda, has over 40 years of experience in tailoring and alterations. We can help you with everything from hems to zippers to waists and more.

Leather, Suede & Fur Cleanign: We professionally clean and repair all leather goods, including Uggs.

Wedding Gowns: Our expert staff takes special care in cleaning, pressing, and preserving your wedding gown.

Household Items: We clean all types of household items, including comforters, drapes, tablecloths, napkins, and sheets.

Rug Cleaning: We clean all types of area rugs, including oriental rugs.

Wash/Dry/Fold: We offer wash, dry, and fold services for all laundry items.

24 Hour Drop Box: For your convenience, we offer a safe and secure drop box located outside our location on Route 30.

Recycling: We strive to be environmentally responsible by accepting recyclable materials and reducing waste.
