Poor Customer Service and Ineffective Cleaning
Unsatisfactory Experience with Additional Costs
The customers' reviews express extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Surfside Chem-Dry (Ventura). One customer was charged an extra $60 for cleaning solution and deodorizer, which ultimately made the smell worse, and the whole house, including a brand new room, was affected. Another customer, who had been a loyal customer for over 30 years, was disappointed with the service, particularly with the failure to remove odors from their rugs despite explicit instructions.
Damage to Property and Unresponsive Management
The customers' reviews also highlight the damage caused to their property, including carpets, travertine floors, and hardwood stairs. One customer's travertine floors were severely damaged by the chemical cleaner used, and despite calling the management, no one responded.
