Maintenance Cleaning
Our maintenance cleaning service provides regular, comprehensive cleaning for homes and businesses. We follow a standardized protocol covering all major areas including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and high-traffic zones. Our certified professionals use proven methods to maintain consistent cleanliness while accommodating specific client preferences through customizable add-ons like window cleaning or basement maintenance.
Deep Cleaning
This service focuses on thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach areas and problem spots. We target built-up grime in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces using specialized techniques for ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, and moldings. Our deep cleaning includes detailed attention to appliances, cabinetry, and flooring while maintaining our standard process for consistent quality outcomes.
Construction Clean-Up
We specialize in post-construction cleaning for new homes and renovated spaces. Our team removes construction debris, cleans surfaces, and sanitizes all areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring. We focus on eliminating dust buildup while protecting finished surfaces, ensuring your space is move-in ready with special attention to safety and detail.
Move In/Move Out Cleaning
This service prepares spaces for new occupants or ensures deposit return for departing tenants. We clean all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances including cabinets, drawers, and hard-to-reach areas. Our process covers floor maintenance, wall spot cleaning, and detailed bathroom/kitchen sanitization to meet rental agreement requirements and property management standards.
COVID-19 Sanitation
Our CDC-compliant disinfecting service uses EPA-registered products effective against COVID-19 and other pathogens. We employ commercial misting technology to reach all surfaces in offices, homes, and retail spaces. The process includes safety protocols, contact time adherence, and surface protection while maintaining hospital-grade effectiveness across 99.999% of targeted pathogens.
