Lack of Quality and Unprofessional Service

The customer hired LynneJean Cleaning team for the first time, expecting a good cleaning service, especially attention to baseboards, floors, and bathrooms. However, the team failed to deliver. When the customer returned home, the shower glass and edges still had soap scum, and the baseboards, which were specifically requested to be cleaned, were still dusty and dirty. Despite the team's return visit, the customer was still unhappy with the quality of service provided, citing unprofessional behavior and excuses.
