At Your Cleaners & Valetone Cleaners, we are a family-owned dry cleaner and laundry service business that has been serving the eastern side of Cincinnati since 1960. We take pride in our commitment to providing excellent service and exceptional cleaning, while also being environmentally friendly.

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Customer Service Issues
Todd Peters and Dustin Bingham both had negative experiences with the dry cleaner's customer service. Peters felt that the cleaners should have opened for a few hours on Christmas Eve to accommodate customers who needed their clothes for the holiday. Bingham was unhappy with the quality of the cleaning and the fact that the dry cleaner didn't notice or address the issues.
Quality of Service
Dustin Bingham and Richard Stockdale both had issues with the quality of service. Bingham's jacket came back with spots on it, and then he had a second coat cleaned, which still had hair on it when it was returned. Stockdale had two suits damaged by the dry cleaner, with the inner portion of the sleeves ruined. The dry cleaner failed to properly fix one of the suits and denied responsibility for the other.
Positive Experiences
Tracy Spears, Scott Kennedy, Ashley Hill, and Deann Angel all had positive experiences with the dry cleaner. Spears and Kennedy praised the business for its good service and affordability. Hill and Deann praised the dry cleaner for its helpful and friendly employees and high-quality service.
Business Integrity
Richard Stockdale's negative experience with the dry cleaner was not only due to the damage to his suits but also the poor business ethics displayed by the owner, Teresa Redmond.
