Our History
Our story began with Michael Rusciolelli, President of JMI, who has spent over 20 years honing his expertise in the janitorial industry. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Business Management, Mike worked for Marriott Hotels, where he was first introduced to the cleaning services and housekeeping industry. He then joined a large janitorial contractor in upstate New York, serving as General Manager and gaining exposure to all facets of the cleaning industry.
