Poor Customer Service and High Prices
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the customer service at Door to Door Cleaners. Manuel Guzman, Sadoc Arteaga, and Hamid Toloei all received poor service, with issues including damaged jackets, unreturned calls, and outrageous prices. Manuel's jacket was damaged and the store manager never returned his calls, while Sadoc and Hamid were unhappy with the service and pricing.
Long Wait Times and High Prices
Cynthia Berchan was unhappy with the pricing, finding it "totally outrageous" for a simple sewing and cleaning job. Tania Moloney had to wait for the tailor to arrive on site, and was annoyed with the pricing for her jumpsuit.
