Management and Leadership Issues
Bolana Enterprises INC. has been criticized for its poor management and leadership. According to a former employee, LeVon Dock, the Director of Operations, terminated them unjustly and without providing a clear reason for the termination. The employee claims that they were not given a termination letter and that the company's management is unorganized.
Employee Treatment
The same former employee also accused LeVon of being childish and unprofessional, stating that he does not investigate accusations before acting on them. The employee feels that LeVon intimidated them when they confronted him about having an employee with a criminal record working at St. Andrew Episcopal School.
Racism and Discrimination
Another review suggests that Bolana Enterprises INC. practices racism and discrimination. The reviewer, who is of a different ethnicity, claims that the company only employs Spanish people and does not value diversity. When they questioned this, they were told to be grateful for their job and not worry about who else is employed.
