Programmed Cleaning, Inc. was founded in 1960 by Douglas Boone, and since then, it has grown into a regional contract cleaning company with cleaning operations throughout Wisconsin. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services. Our management team includes Terry Mayhall, President; Veronica Sosa, Director of Human Resources; Steve Ogden, Vice President/General Manager of the Madison, WI branch; Maritza Sanchez, Madison Operations Manager; and Jarod Mayhall, Milwaukee Operations Manager.

The reviews for PCI Team are mixed, with two reviewers giving 5-star ratings and one reviewer giving a 1-star rating. The common thread among the positive reviews is the pleasant work environment and opportunities for growth and promotion.
Challenges and Concerns
One reviewer, Daisy Pedroza, had a negative experience working for PCI Team at Oak Creek High School. She described the leaders and coworkers as lazy and fake, and felt that they took advantage of her by assigning her heavy cleaning duties and taking on easier tasks themselves.
Positive Experiences
Several reviewers had positive experiences working for PCI Team. Theresa Wardle and Jhoreme Real both gave 5-star ratings and praised the company's work environment and opportunities for growth. Theresa started as a cleaner and was promoted to Lead, while Jhoreme has been with the company since November and has received several promotions due to his good performance.
Additional Observations
Levi Jones, another 5-star reviewer, mentioned that he was sent to a rubber factory and had issues with rubber getting into his system. However, he noted that the company was structured and simple to work with, and that they were willing to work with employees to find a schedule that suited both parties.
