Services
Residential Window Cleaning
A1 Window Cleaning provides comprehensive interior and exterior window cleaning for homes. Our technicians use OSHA-compliant safety protocols and specialized equipment to clean windows of all sizes, from small apartments to large estates. We prioritize eco-friendly solutions and take precautions to protect floors and furniture during interior cleanings.
Commercial Window Cleaning
We offer tailored window cleaning solutions for commercial properties, including high-rise buildings, storefronts, and office complexes. Our team uses ropes, boatswain chairs, and water-fed poles to safely clean hard-to-reach areas. With IWCA-certified technicians and flexible scheduling, we minimize disruption to business operations while maintaining professional standards.
Scratch Removal
Our GlassRenu system effectively removes scratches, graffiti, and etching from glass surfaces. This process involves grinding and polishing to restore clarity without replacement. Ideal for shower doors, sliding glass doors, and commercial windows, this service extends the lifespan of glass while maintaining aesthetic quality through precision techniques.
Water Stain Removal
We specialize in removing permanent water stains caused by sprinklers, runoff, or neglect using professional-grade acids and polishing compounds. Our methods restore glass to a 'like-new' condition by dissolving mineral deposits and etching. This service is particularly effective for shower glass, windows, and commercial storefronts exposed to environmental elements.
Screen Cleaning
A1 Window Cleaning offers thorough screen cleaning using specialized products to remove dirt, debris, and silt. We carefully remove and replace screens during window cleanings, ensuring no damage to frames. Optional screen sealing enhances durability by reducing future buildup, improving air quality, and maintaining the appearance of residential and commercial properties.
