He spent the whole morning waiting for the appointment, only to find out that no one showed up. He had confirmed the appointment multiple times through phone, text, and email, but no one answered his calls or responded to his messages. When he finally got a response, it was through a text message saying that the cleaner did not have a car and recommending him to call Groupon for a refund.
