The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, taking the time to explain the cleaning process and provide before-and-after photos. Many reviewers have praised the company's ability to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Disappointing Experience
However, not all reviewers have been pleased with their experience. One customer, Jorge Torres, was unhappy with the company's installation of an AC motor fan. After the motor fell off two months later, the company initially blamed the customer's AC cover being cracked. When the customer requested a refund or to fix the issue, the company refused and instead quoted a new AC system at a significantly higher price.
