Services
Rug Cleaning
Our deep wash process removes dirt and stains from handmade and machine-made rugs using pH-balanced solutions. Each rug undergoes fiber analysis to determine the optimal cleaning method. Services include fringe cleaning, odor removal, and color stabilization for unstable dyes.
Carpet Cleaning
We employ an eight-step truck-mounted hot water extraction system for wall-to-wall carpets. The process includes pre-treatment, edging, stain removal, protective coating application, and rapid drying. Our technicians address pet odors, color repairs, and water restoration needs.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our five-step method cleans delicate fabrics like Haitian cotton, silk blends, and synthetic fibers. Technicians perform fabric analysis, pre-vacuuming, conditioning, and residue-free rinsing. We specialize in stain removal while preserving dye stability and fabric integrity.
Rug Repair
We offer reweaving, re-edging, and hole patching for damaged rugs. Our master weavers handle antique and collectible rugs, using techniques like hand refringing and latexing. Services restore structural integrity while maintaining original aesthetics.
Rug Pads
Custom-cut Durahold pads prevent slipping on hard surfaces. The rubber-and-fiber design adds cushioning, reduces wear, and stabilizes rugs. Pads are washable and tailored to fit any rug size or shape for enhanced safety and longevity.
