We found that one of the main issues with most cleaning services is the high turnover rate, which creates a problem with consistent service. We believe that an employee is going to do a better job when they feel they are being compensated correctly for their work. That's why we compensate our employees fairly and honestly, which may cost us a little more upfront, but we believe the difference it will make in our service will keep us ahead of the competition.
