Chem-Dry of Bend

Chem-Dry of Bend is a miracle! We needed two bedroom carpets cleaned upon moving out as per our lease agreement and called several other companies who all reported insanely high minimums despite the bedrooms being small, low-traffic, and in a non-smoking and non-pet owning household. (That's how simple the clean was - that we fell under the "minimum" pricing but it was still hundreds of dollars!) Imagine the relief to have finally found a company who provided impeccable work for a realistic price! Brandy was a complete angel getting our appointment set up over the phone.

She was sympathetic to our situation and answered all of our many questions - booking the appointment was quick and painless. We were provided options for services and for appointment times, we received a discount, and she even called the day before to confirm our service! Jared and Avery were our technicians - they showed up five minutes early and were incredible.

They were personable, respectful of our space, and insanely efficient. The carpets smell/look better than they did when we moved in! We are beyond grateful to have found Chem-Dry and will continue to work with them into the future.

Very Professional and friendly, he did a wonderful Job, no harsh chemicals natural for pets, a little more money but the carpet dries within a couple of two three hours, the cleaning process they do doesn't soak your carpet and pad and that's why we went with this company instead of a regular carpet shampooer company. They will explain to you the whole process and what the difference is. Recommend this company highly.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! They are professional, reasonably priced and do AMAZING work! I've used them twice now; once for printer toner spilled on the carpet and again for dog vomit (blech!) both times they got the carpet back to looking brand new! What great service! Contacted chem dry mid day after returning home to a liquid poo farm on our carpet from a sick dog. Michelle was able to come by around 5pm and clean it entirely within about 45 minutes. It was amazing! Great price too

Have used Chem-Dry for years! They always provide prompt professional service. Carpets look really good when they leave. They take time for areas that need extra attention. Will be scheduling a cleaning again this spring.
