Very pleased. I will definitely be calling Cayden again. There was no sales pressure. He was thorough and didn't rush. He worked diligently, carefully cleaning each rug and cushion on our sectional. Other companies will race to get the job done a quickly as they can. Cayden worked hard for over four hours cleaning.

Everyone at Chemdry was a pleasure to work with. Especially Chandler, the technician who came to our home. He was very knowledgeable. My wife and I were struck by his positive, courteous attitude. He arrived on time and was finished before we knew it. We plan to use Chemdry going forward for carpet cleaning and re-sealing our counter tops.

I asked Mountainview Chem-Dry to clean two large chairs from my master bedroom. They did a remarkable job. The dark red color was once again vibrant and very clean. I especially like all the dust gone. Great job. I highly recommend them.

A friend had used ChemDry so we decided to give it a try. Cayden worked very hard on cleaning our two sofas that were "performance fabric" but nevertheless had water stains and dog hair and oils. They now look like new! He did such a fantastic job in first applying anti browning then cleaning them thoroughly and putting a protectant. We will highly recommend ChemDry!

Cayden took extra time and made sure all puppy history was removed. Wirth every penny!

At the end of this review I'm including the information that was emailed to me, for clarification. The emailed quote I received to have 2 small reclining chairs cleaned was calculated from the information to cost $195 as a minimum expense, and since the cost per chair was only $60, I was thinking.okay, maybe I can get deodorizer or something to get my total to the $195.

But when the technician arrived, I was told that $195 was the starting point and any extras were extra. PLUS other additional required fees for waste disposal etc. I basically said, Nevermind, but he did a basic cleaning for the quoted "minimum" instead. Then at the end.when you pay by card, it asks if you want to tip.with the technician standing there, so you tip the minimum, because they know where you live. but the arms on the recliners still look dirty. Sooo.

I took the afternoon off of work, and paid $215 for 'cleaner'.but not clean chairs. The technician was kind, courteous, and professional. But I'll just DIY spot clean next time, the result would have been similar. This is copy paste of the quote, so that you can see where my confusion was, and did not start the visit well. "Thank you for choosing Mountainview Chem-Dry for your upholstery cleaning needs.

Our pricing for chairs/recliners is $60 each which is for the basic cleaning only and does not include the deodorizer or the protectant which is a heavy duty scotch guard. But the technician will present packages to you containing these extras should you wish to purchase at the time of service. We have a minimum of $195 so it would be no less than the minimum. The technician will give you exact pricing at the time of service."

Thanks ChemDry for coming so quickly after my dog got sick on my dining room rug. Cayden was so professional and went the extra mile in helping me! I will have him come back again!

I selected Chem Dry because they used the closest technique to my Kirby cleaning system. My carpet drys quickly and my padding isn't saturated with chemical. The technician Jakobe Brown has been assigned to my house for each of my services. He has done an exceptional job. He pays attention to the details, works profeciently and diligently. He make sure the customer is satisfied before he leaves the home. He is passionate about his job and it shows in the work he performs.

Shawn was our technician and had to deal with some bad stains and pet stains and odors. He was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with his attention to detail. Cayden was quite a young man. Not only did he give our carpet and rug a textbook clean but he was very respectful and went out of his way to show reverence to me as a vet. Chem-Dry did a great job on our floors. We had multiple old dog urine stains that were causing problems. They were able to treat them and the house smells much better now. They also educated me on how they continue to cause odors and the best way to clean them up to prevent any future issues should we have any more accidents. They were courteous and professional, and even though I was here by myself (a woman), I never felt anything but trust for them. Thank you Chen-Dry!
