Chem Dry came and cleaned our tiles and grout in our kitchen. The transformation was incredible. Not only was Brandon on time but he explained everything that he was going to do, how long it would take and what the cost was all up front. I am extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning I had done from Chem-Dry. Zach was AMAZING! He was so polite, nice and very genuine. I had a terrible area of carpet that my cat used as a litterbox. Zach cleaned it up beautifully and it smelled so fresh and clean! He was done so quickly, too. He really went the extra mile! I was very impressed with his work! The men who came were polite, courteous and on time. They even called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving, which was very helpful. They were able to identify the stains using a black light and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them. Services Pet stain and odour removal, Area rug cleaning.
