I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I will forever be grateful that we stumbled upon this company as I was currently undergoing a mold detox protocol for my body. We spent several months trying to locate mold within our house, as we had previously had the air tested which confirmed there was in fact toxic mold in multiple locations. The fogging process that Pure Mold Free applies skips the need to find the hidden mold as the fogging penetrates essentially everything--walls, floors, etc. (It even killed the bacteria in the yogurt I had been fermenting.) Walter was as professional and informative as it gets, and timely with his arrivals and return messages.

He completed the fogging in the time frame he promised, and I cannot stress enough what a difference having had this done has made for my family. Our 4 year old dog who has had chronic ear infections no longer sleeps all day, now has an energy about her we haven't seen in years, and has not had an ear infection since the fogging. My daughter no longer wakes up coughing and sneezing, and overall has very little congestion anymore. And, the best (and totally unexpected) outcome of this all is that my husband immediately stopped snoring! (Which of course makes my night of sleep exponentially better!) All this being said, without one tiny bit of reservation, I HIGHLY recommend this company and their service to all.

I chose to work with this company for my own health's sake, but to see the (unexpected) difference it has made for others in my house just goes to show that just because you can't see the mold, it doesn't mean it isn't there.

I was referred to pure maintenance by my realtor after experiencing significant water damage resulting in mold and was lead to believe that my house would have to be demolished in order to get rid of the mold. Pure maintenance was extremely sensitive to my situation and provided me with hope after telling me that they could get rid of the mold without demolishing my house.

Even though he was so busy, he was kind enough to to expedite the mold mitigation so that my kids and could live in a place that was safe to live in. We hired Pure Mold Free for our house because 2 of our children were having suspicious allergy reactions after they spent time in our basement. We were not aware of any obvious mold growing in the basement, so we were perplexed as to why this was happening. Walter came over and identified a potential source of mold growth in our upstairs bathroom.

He explained to us how mold travels and how mold upstairs could cause allergic reactions in the basement. He confirmed this suspicion with an air quality test. Before hiring this company, Walter thoroughly explained the process to us and took the time to answer any and all of our questions. The day of the treatment, he arrived on time and was finished at the estimated finish time.

Our home smelled clean and fresh! The big test came when my 2 children came home and spent time in the basement. They showed no allergy symptoms at all. They still have not, weeks after the treatment. We couldn't be happier with the entire process, from beginning to end! Cannot thank Walter and his team enough for taking care of my step mom's house with this new technology to remove the mold, germs smoke and bacteria is just amazing! Not only does it remove it but also prevents new growth. My step Mom has COPD and the quality of air she is now breathing at home is just pure and clean. When I brought her home from the hospital she walked in and said oh my gosh i cannot believe my condo smells and just feels amazingly clean and so fresh.

Could not recommend Pure Maintenance enough! Had them come out after discovering mold in one of our rental properties prior to selling. The mold inspection was quick, concise and Walter was very knowledgeable with regards to what was needed and how it could and would be rectified. Their quote was also 3-5x lower than some of the large restoration competitors.
