I bought a house not knowing of water damage before closing. I called 1800 Water Damage. They were the most professional quote I received so I hired them. It is a call I wish I didn't have to make but I don't regret it at all. The entire crew were great and the work they performed was extremely thorough. I hopefully don't have damage in the future but if I do there's only one company I'm going to call. Very happy customer.

No one ever wants their basement to flood, but I'm so thankful we found 1-800 Water Damage in the process. Our insurance company contracted with them and they did such a great job on remediation we are continuing to work with them for repairs and called them out again for another potential project. Daniel and the whole team (Levi, Ricardo) have been so empathetic, honest, and open to explaining the process every step of the way.

Ricardo came out and checked out the damages. Normally he would send his guys to do the work but they were all busy so he took care of it himself. He even removed the vinyl plank and shop vacuumed all the water under it. I highly recommend for your flooding. Value.

I had a Watermain leak into my basement. I was referred to 1-800 Water Damage by my plumber who uses them on a lot of their projects. Geoff Edwards and his team were super quick to get out on the job, get me a more than reasonable quote, and got started right away. Within just a few hours they had removed all the water damaged sheet rock, carpet and other debris. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't leave so much as a single footprint in my home as they did their work.

They set up blowers and dehumidifiers and send a tech out daily to monitor the moisture levels. We have been a little picky about carpet samples for the replacement and they have graciously delivered new samples on a few occasions. We are about to start remodeling and they have been amazing at dealing directly with our homeowners insurance so we don't have to. Their pricing, communication and attitudes are superb. I hope to never need them again, but when the occasion arises theirs will be the first number that I called.

We were referred to 1800 Water Damage after we had our sump pump go bad. They were here in 15 minutes or less after being called even around the busy holiday season. They worked hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. Bob and his team were great to work it.

Water was gushing out of pipes above our garage, the roof had fallen in - I couldn't enter the apartment above our garage or turn off the main water. 1-800 water damage appeared quickly on the scene like a knight in shining armor. They turned off the water and soon mitigation and restoration was underway. This was quick and efficient intervention in an emergency, followed up with a beautiful restoration. Thank you!
