Rob is incredibly professional, timely and fair. We found some mold and water damage in our drywall behind an old entertainment center. Rob came out within 24 hours to inspect it and had it removed and remediated the same day. Also did it for significantly less than some other quotes we received for the same project. Can't recommend highly enough!

I was very happy with the service I received. Max, the lead technician, came to my home when scheduled and did a free assessment. I feel like they did enough to ensure my home was free of mold and water damage. Yet they were careful not to charge me for unnecessary remediation. Their price and Analysis was better than 2 other companies I checked. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rob, the owner of the company, when payment was due. He too was very kind and professional.

Katie came out promptly and was super helpful! I was worried that there were some serious mold issues in my basement bathroom and that it would cost me big time. But she came out and told me that there was nothing to worry about and gave me a few options for taking care of surface mold. She didn't even charge me and was extremely professional and knowledgable! Plus I got stung by a wasp as I was about to meet her in my driveway, so she saw me in some real agony. So I think we're best friends now.

When we discovered that we had a leak in our basement ceiling, Michael came out and was immediately able to pinpoint the cause. Michael used equipment that was able to show the areas that had water penetration without damaging our flooring or walls. Based upon his expertise, we were able to locate the source of the problem and repair it at minimal cost. Michaels honesty, professionalism and expertise are truly amazing! The 1-800-Water Damage team is the best in the business! 5 stars from our family!

Since this was our first experience with any water damage, we were very happy to have someone take time to explain what to expect from the mitigation to complete recovery, repair, and restoration. The floors throughout our house took a beating from traffic and equipment by all of the subcontractors, but I guess that's just how things are done these days. A conflict on billing was resolved with just one phone call. I think they really care.
