After our water line to our fridge got a small pin prick of a leak, 1-800 Water Damaged came out and got us all taken care of. Laurence was our main point of contact and he was kind, extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what was going on inside of our home and with our project at all times. Everyone was actually great to work with and they were always on time. Justin and his team are simply incredible. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Responsive. We had a Water leak from second story bath into kitchen below - Justin's team arrived with in 1 hour for site inspection. Immediately started containment and drying. They checked everywhere water might have traveled looking for moisture or damage. Next day arrived to do demo (completely sealing work area!).then checked daily on drying process.
Only when dry and meeting thier requirements did they pull equipment - no short cuts. We are very impressed with Justin and this company. Added them to our emergency contact list.

Sewer line break in the basement. A lot of sewage. So stressful until Alex, Shane, Robert and Cole arrived. Professional, courteous, hard working, friendly. The job they did was amazing! They cleaned and removed items and drywall quickly. Alex came every morning to check on the equipment and to measure moister in the walls. Mindful of of property. Just an amazing job. Thank you!

Highly recommend this company. We had water flooding into our basement, and they were there within minutes. Alex was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and got the cleanup started right away.
