I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently purchased a home that I was sure the carpet couldnt be saved. It smelled like dog and cigarette smoke and was filthy. The guys that came out were very professional and very knowledgeable. They worked on the carpet until they had it squeaky clean and now my house smells so good! I highly recommend this company!

Andrew Bremer did a FANTASTIC job on my outdoor furniture, kitchen runner and even spot cleaned a spill on my expensive wool rug! He was on time, professional and worked efficiently. We have used Chem-Dry of Knoxville a couple different time. The first time was to clean the grout in our kitchen. Today was to clean our furniture before we move into a new residence. Andrew came out immediately after a horrible pet accident in several rooms including stairs (literally we cleaned ourselves for 3 hours before he came) he removed all areas of urine and feces stains and complete odors as well.
