Mike A did an awesome job on our carpets today. He was incredibly professional and explained everything he was going to do. Our carpets look great.

I'm SO happy with the results of the ChemDry carpet cleaning! To set context, my carpets are seven years old and super light (almost white-a decision I MASSIVELY REGRET), a 45lb dog, two adult children and three cats. feel free to judge me. :) The number of cats is the primary issue: two are males and they've expressed their displeasure at whatever doesn't suit them. and the carpets were the primary target. Mike from ChemDry arrived last Saturday (March 9th) and was fantastic.

He quickly evaluated the carpets, assured me he thought he could get the stains and odors out, gave me a detailed quote and went about working his magic. A few hours later, I cried. the carpets looked amazing. Urine stains gone. Odor gone. I've used several carpet cleaning services in the past and have never been satisfied until now. Mike also reminded me their solution is 100% environmentally safe - it can be drank! I was planning on spending $14k to replace the carpets - a cost I can now avoid (in addition to avoiding the impact on the environment). HIGHLY recommend ChemDry and Mike.

I have tried to clean the cat vomit off my cream colored carpet several times using a rental carpet cleaning machine but every time after the carpet dried there was an orangish color stain on the carpet. I was able to give up and replace the carpet by decided to try ChemDry. I was very happy when the ChemDry technician was able to get rid of all the stains and the carpet looked fresh again! I highly recommend ChemDry over other steam cleaning companies!

Great service! Michael was able to remove a nail polish stain off our area rug. I asked for a quote to clean the carpet up stairs. He gave me a quote and cleaned them right then! Great job. Carpets look fantastic. Only thing to note is that he didnt clean under furniture (like cribs, dressers or nightstands). I have previously had our carpets cleaned and they lifted everything cleaned under and put pads on the furniture so not to damage either carpet or furniture.

Under our furniture is not dirty as we dont move it around so no stars off. But if that is something you want, maybe ask about it. Thanks, Michael, for your hard work, efficiency and professionalism. We appreciate it!

Mike did a great job and it was quick! He was super friendly, my son loved it. It was great because the machine was quiet. I rented a carpet washer from homedepot a week before and tried it and took it back because it was so so so loud! Great service! Will be booking another appointment in the future!

Ive just had my carpets cleaned by Empire ChemDry and Im very impressed. We had a pet problem and it was completely taken care of by the technician. The carpets look amazing and the service was excellent!

I got the kind of customer service that is almost impossible to get nowadays. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to clean my carpet later that same day! My dog had an accident on very light colored brand new carpeting that I know if I didnt get cleaned professionally very quickly the stains would never come out. Mike from empire Chem-Dry came to my rescue worked diligently to remove the stains and I cant tell there ever were any stains. It is absolutely amazing. I would recommend empire Chem-Dry to anybody.
