I thought that the service was very good. I didnt have to wait long, more than a few days before they were able to come. Also when I called and left a message they return the message quickly. We just completed potty training 2 puppies and our carpets needed cleaning. I called Clifford and he was able to fit us in before company was to visit later that week. Well, I couldnt be more pleased with his process and extra services and abilities to clean and restore our carpets to like new (pre puppies). The carpets dried quickly and smell wonderful. Clifford is an absolute " clean carpet whisperer " He did my carpet today and I am ashamed to say it was filthy. I showed him the job, left to take care of some other business and when I got home was absolutely thrilled- my carpet looked brand new and was completely dry in a couple -three hours. Most amazing he was on time and spotlessly clean and professionally dressed. I couldn't be happier.

We had our carpets cleaned today and Clifford did an amazing job! I felt he went above and beyond pre-treating any stains, making sure he didn't leave even a trace of water on my hardwood floors, down to finishing up with a carpet deodorizer. The carpets look wonderful, I wouldn't call on anyone else.
