Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method penetrates carpet fibers to remove dirt and allergens. The low-water process dries in hours, preventing mold growth while protecting your family's health. Independent testing confirms 98% reduction in common household allergens like pet dander and dust mites.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. technology breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level for permanent odor removal. UV light detection identifies hidden contamination areas. The treatment reaches deep into padding and subfloors to eliminate recurring pet odor issues safely.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning preserves colors and fibers in synthetic and natural rugs. Gentle yet effective process removes embedded allergens without residue. Technicians handle delicate oriental and persian rugs with protective drying systems.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Carbonated solutions lift grime from porous tile surfaces. Protective sealant application prevents future staining. The process restores ceramic, stone, and granite surfaces while maintaining material integrity through pH-neutral cleaning agents.
Upholstery Cleaning
Low-moisture extraction preserves furniture structure while removing allergens. The Natural solution cleans without sticky residues that attract dirt. Protectant application recommended for high-traffic areas to maintain cleanliness between professional cleanings.

Clifford is an absolute " clean carpet whisperer " He did my carpet today and I am ashamed to say it was filthy. I showed him the job, left to take care of some other business and when I got home was absolutely thrilled- my carpet looked brand new and was completely dry in a couple -three hours. Most amazing he was on time and spotlessly clean and professionally dressed. I couldn't be happier.

We had our carpets cleaned today and Clifford did an amazing job! I felt he went above and beyond pre-treating any stains, making sure he didn't leave even a trace of water on my hardwood floors, down to finishing up with a carpet deodorizer. The carpets look wonderful, I wouldn't call on anyone else.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and we wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in, so we contacted Chem-Dry. They did a fantastic job. They were easy to work and communicate with; once they came into the home, they gave us a few different price options which was very convenient for us and made us feel like they were there to take care of us. They were also very timely which was even more helpful! Thanks, Chem-Dry!
