The young man who cleaned our carpets was very punctual and wasted no time getting to work. The technician was very polite and answered the questions we had and explained how the whole process would be done. The carpets looked great when the technician finished. We are certainly glad our neighbors recommended AJ Chem Dry. We have already made another appointment to have this company come back next week and clean our furniture. AJ Chem-dry was very easy to schedule, on time, professional and excellent service. Would give 5 stars, except on one chair the stains are very much less visible, but still there, probably due to age/nature of the stain. They are removed to the point that no one but me will notice them. The other chair is immaculate, looks new. There was no odor. Will use again.

Was able to scheduled a service call without any delays or long wait time. The technician arrived early, which was good. Provided the quote for the service. Work performed in a professional manner. Came to remove soot and stains regular rug cleaning did not remove. The gentleman was on time, courteous, went to work and completed it in a timely fashion. He explained what he had done and gave me his card asking that if there any problems, to please call. Id say it was a great experience. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I have used AJ ChemDry for about 4 years. They consistently do an amazing job! Have many pets, I have them out at least twice a year and my carpets always end up looking and smelling amazing. I highly recommend them for all cleaning. They have done our upholstery and area rugs as well. Asa and his crew are professional and honest. I am happy to recommend them to anyone!

Brandon did an amazing job! This young man was thorough, efficient, and professional_ and did a fantastic job I was delayed out of town and missed the window for my appt, but he and his company worked around my schedule. Brandon had to come much later than he'd planned AND he was still kind and personable, not grumpy or annoyed! That meant a great deal to me! I will use them again! Top-notch!

We are very pleased with the professionalism of Brandon, our technician as well as the end results. Our chair cleaned up like new (no more yucky arm rests), our area rugs and carpeting look just as good. (Including some puppy pee stains that I really had few expectations of disappearing. Theyre gone!) I also like that everything dried thoroughly within about 3 hours so I could return things back.

This is our 4th time using AJ Chem Dry and they always do a fabulous job with our carpets and rugs! The owner and staff are very professional and friendly! Our carpets always look very clean and smell great! The drying time is minimal and the products are safe with children and pets around. They are very mindful of our furniture and pets as well. Plus, they are a LOCALLY OWNED SMALL BUSINESS who proves QUALITY over quantity. We also use their at home stain remover which works great between cleanings! 5 STARS!

AJ and his father did an excellent job with not only cleaning the carpets, but providing exceptional service throughout their time at our house. He walked us through the options, told us exactly what to expect, and went above and beyond what was expected in customer service. He was even able to get up a red Kool-Aid stain that had been in our carpet for the last 3 years (we had tried spot remover to no avail).

Asa and his crew do an outstanding job. With three kids, a dog and a cat, our carpets get destroyed. I have a quarterly maintenance contract AJ Chem-Dry. Carpets dry in one to two hours.not one to two days! I am always impressed with how well the carpets come clean. We have also use them to clean our upholstery and grout tile floors. Very trustworthy.so much so that I have them clean my Grandmother's carpets! You will not be disappointed with AJ Chem-Dry! Dryer Cleaner Healthier!

Called Chem-Dry after hearing good things about their service and needless to say I wasn't disappointed! They were able to schedule right away (day after I called) and actually showed up early the day of to get started. On top of that they were very thorough and professional and took care of any problem I had no questions asked, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Asa Johnson is an expert in all things stained and dirty. He made my carpets look fresh and clean. And trust me they needed the attention with 5 kids and all. I had to leave for a meeting and I was able to leave my house in Asa's care. He locked up for me and even set the alarm! When I returned I fell in love with my carpets all over again. Thanks so much AJ Chem Dry! I will be needing your miracle work again in the near future.
