Thanks Keith! Wonderful job as always- 9/2024 Extremely happy with my carpet clean today! Jeremy was super thorough and paid attention to every area he identified that needed pet treatment and gave me a quote which was determined based on what I actually needed done. One thing I love about Chem Dry as opposed to the competitors is they dont need to completely soak your carpet- and from my experience- its safe on pets. I usually wait a few hours just to be sure, but thats because Im overly cautious. Thanks Jeremy! Always appreciate y'all fitting me in last minute.

We had Chemdry out on Friday and we are very happy with the service. Our carpet feels brand new after having four years of dogs and people on it. The dry time was reasonable. Our technician was polite and reviewed the process well. We plan to use them again if needed.

We had our carpets cleaned. The gentleman was so professional. He came on time. He spent a lot of time preparing the carpets before cleaning. The carpets look great. What I liked was how highly he spoke of the company he worked for. We have mostly beautiful hardwood floors. He said he expected Meeks Chem Dry to start to clean hardwoods in the near future. He felt they would do a great job since this is how they did everything. I hope they let me know when we can get the hardwoods cleaned also. He was well versed on the importance to health of keeping carpets cleaned every six months or so. I was impressed.

The whole experience was five stars! From first call for information she was informative and helpful with a plan and understanding my needs and budget! Tech was on time and he was such a nice young man! Very kind and got right to work and did a wonderful job! We left once work done for trip and once we arrived home the whole house smelled so clean! And spots gone! Soon I want to schedule upholstery cleaning!
