Matt cleaned my sofa and stairs and was absolutely wonderful! My sofa has a cross weave fabric and I was very worried about having it cleaned. He was SO knowledgeable and tested the fabric and explained the best way to clean it. He was honest and very thorough. You have a customer for life!

Josh and Aiden saved my carpets! Professional and polite explained everything they were doing before hand. With a mechanic, toddler, and dog in my home I didn't think there was anything that could be done but now they look like new and smell fantastic. Bay Breeze Chem-Dry gave us an estimate over the phone. We wanted to give them a try, and we did not regret our decision! They came and shampooed all the spaces we requested. It was done efficiently and the result was better than we expected. We will be using them again! I didn't use any of their other services, but they told me they do cleaning on hardwood floors, car interiors, furniture, and a couple of other items I don't remember. Check them out for those services also!

I give Bay Breeze Chem-Dry 5 stars and would give them more if I could! Rita got me an estimate quickly and set me up with next day service. Then Josh came in and put his whole heart into getting my sectional looking brand new - he even hand scrubbed everything first to make sure that he got every nook and cranny! Quality work done promptly and efficiently!

My experience was great! I reached out to have my upholstery and area rug cleaned due to my pets. Matt the tech came in and went over everything and explained in detail what the best solution would be for my situation. He anwered all my questions, was personable and professional, I am very pleased with his customer service and work. The sectional and rug smell amazingly fresh! I will likely use them in the future as well give them recommendations to my friends and family!
