I have used ChemDry for the last 10 years. The carpet always comes out clean and smelling nice. There is No chemical smell even though that word is partially used in their name. The drying time is usually much shorter, about 2-3 hours, because they don't soak your carpet like their competitors. The foaming agent does the job. They also add a carpet protectorent, something like a scotchguard, for future spills.

It is definitely safe for your pets. I have a very curious cat and he's never had a problem. I recommend the Lakeside facility. They are willing to work with your schedule and the service team or person is always very accommodating while in your home.

Mike was so professional and completed his work in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I found this company. They help me keep up with my two Golden Retrievers mistakes on my dining area 5x7 area rug and my master bedroom carpet. All is now sanitized, smells clean and is thoroughly renewed. We moved into a new house and needed our 2nd floor carpet cleaned. Making the appt was easy, Rachelle did a great job communicating with us about the upcoming appt and ETA via texts. She gave us a quote for the job after evaluating the space and what she felt was needed, and after we agreed, worked tirelessly for about 4 hours cleaning the upstairs.

Although we cant comment on the quality of the product yet since it was just done, our home smelled lemony fresh after she was done. Overall satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

Lakeside Chem-dry came out to remove pet urine stains from my apartment. From the start this business was very friendly, helpful and took the time to anwser all my questions! They were able to work with my schedule and come out in the evening which I appreciated so much! She did a very good job making sure to get all the urine spots with a urine treatment! The area rugs which are older cleaned up much better than previous cleaning. The one carpet from previous cleanings would have dirt stains showing up shortly after cleanings while the Chem-Dry cleaning got the carpet really clean. I am very impressed with how clean our rugs and carpets got. I'm planning on hiring them to clean upholstery for the holidays. Also, loved the fresh smell from the cleaning solutions that day.
