BnK Chem-Dry Oceanside

I'm so happy I called BnK Chem-Dry. Everything about my experience was great from the first phone call to the clean and fresh results. The technician was professional and took great care while he worked. The stain on my chair is completely gone and my carpet looks almost new. I'm happy to give this company five stars.

Have used this company twice now and have been very impressed. Chris is very responsive and reliable! Our carpets are light years ahead of where they were before! They are clean, smell great, and all of the pet damage/ odor is gone! Will definitely be using them again- a lot more effective than renting one and not too much pricier!

I had several new and old puppy pee stains that could not be taken out from "old school" traditional steam cleaning guy last year (it worked at first until it dried and came back), so I wanted to try a Chem-Dry franchise to see if they could do it, especially since I had out of town family coming in Friday. I called Tuesday for an appointment, and they came out first thing Wednesday morning at 8am sharp. Brian is experienced inn the industry and explained how much better their patented less-water approach with company-produced chemical treatment, along with the new type of equipment and method was compared to traditional steam cleaning and ZeroRez.

I noticed that he took his time with cleaning our carpets, much longer than the 2 young guys that came in from ZeroRez who quickly cleaned our carpets 2 years ago. The carpets were slightly damp but dried out by the evening with the windows open. I was dreading the dog pee spots "coming back", but it's still clear 2 days later! We are so happy and I highly recommend BnK Chem-Dry here in Oceanside.

My clients are selling their house due to an illness in the family and I needed someone quick. I reached out to BNK Chem dry in the afternoon. They set the schedule to have the house for sale cleaned all the carpets upstairs. The following day in less than 24 hour's Brian, a great service technician. Professional friendly, and did exceptional job. I would recommend Chem dry carpet cleaning in the northern San Marcos/San Diego area.

Sometimes I write reviews that people think are funny or interesting. I do that when there is something negative to say, but I want to cluster it with positive things, so it won't look like an overall bad review. I have nothing negative to say about BnK Chem-Dry, so I guess this will have to be a boring review.

We needed rugs, furniture, and cushions cleaned. We called them. They did everything right. They responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduled us fast, arrived exactly when they said they would, did the work cheerfully and well, left everything cleaner than I had ever seen it before, and finished on time.

The name of the company has "Chem" in it, so I was a little worried that there might be bad chemicals or strange smells or something like that. I have pets and grandchildren, and didn't want to worry. Mostly they used various forms of detergent; occasionally some spot remover. The spot remover that I use in my laundry room smells worse and has more warnings on the jar. When the cleaners left after finishing their work, the room smelled like damp sofa cushions and not like chemicals. It's now the next day, and almost everything is dry.

You know I'm going to call them again when it needs to be cleaned again.

BnK Chem-Dry provided us with unbelievable, high quality results & we could not be happier! Yes, we made the dumb decision of going with cream colored carpet even with a dog & kids and after 3 years, it was well worn. Evan from Chem Dry worked his magic and the carpet looks practically new. He was communicative about the job, professional & friendly. We will definitely use them again. Highly, highly recommend BnK Chem Dry!!!

I had reupholstered dining room chairs (which I have a stain treatment put on) and a dining room area rug delivered at the same time. I noticed a bad chemical smell and assumed it was the new rug and would go away after a few days. It didn't. It got worse and after 1.5 months, I could "taste" the smell it was so bad. And I figured it couldn't be healthy.

Assuming it was the rug, I had it removed. Turns out it was the dining room chairs. What to do?? Luckily I googled for a solution and was routed to BnK Chem-Dry. I talked to Chris, the owner, and he was very nice, so knowledgeable and confident he could get the chemicals and order out. His 2 technicians, Isaiah and George, came out the next day, and delivered!! The order is gone and my dining room finally smells nice and fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend them. What great customer service!!
