Very satisfied that they were not in a hurry to finish & leave, because the carpet in this rental had not been cleaned before I moved in, & it was super-filthy. Now, I know it is as clean as it can get. // The 2 men were a friendly team with each other, & nice to have them. // The person over the phone who initially made this appointment did a horrible job of writing down my phone number and both my first name and last name, all was incorrect, , though I had slowly spoken it all. These 2 workers could not get in touch with me by phone, because it was wrongly written. I'm glad I heard them knocking on the building's front door.

Easy scheduling, affordable and excellent service. We moved into a new house and had all the wall to wall carpets/stairs cleaned and treated for pets. Exceptional customer service! They truly went above and beyond in cleaning up after we had a deer come crashing through our window. Cleaned rugs, carpet, and furniture. Not to mention that the guys that cleaned for us were genuinely kind people that were a pleasure to interact with. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Hauser Chem Dry Rochester. We wont even consider another company next time we need a cleaning.

Professional, courteous, efficent. Personally I've used Chem-dry since they came to Rochester in the 90s I know they do a great job.
