Wow! Integrity Chem Dry came out today and did my carpets and upholstery. I can not get over the fact on how clean my sofa and carpets looks. I have a one year old and he his little Cookie Monster hands and loves to use my sofa as a napkin. I just want to say Justin explained everything well on what I needed for my carpets as well as my upholstery, and I took his advice and added on pre-treatment and protectant. I cant imagine using any other carpet, cleaning business.

Professional, friendly, on time. Nice guys that showed up to get the job done. Still some pressure on up-selling different options from initial bottom price. I never get used to that no matter how many times Ive had my carpet cleaned by all companies. I just wish the advertising was super clear and upfront. Anyway. I would use this company again.

Representatives called to inquire about coming earlier than my appointment window, which worked out better for me. They listened to what my needs were and shared my options. Each option was more costly but they did not pressure me. They honored my coupon for upholstery cleaning and made time to clean a couch. Carpet cleaning was very good in an area that had been covered up for many years but was very dusty. Representatives were very professional and worked within a timely manner.

We called Justin Jensen at Integrity Chem-Dry on a Monday and he came the following day. We purchased a new home and the master bedroom carpet was very dirty. Justin told us that the carpet would look new when he was finished. I have attached the before and after photos to show the difference in the carpet appearance after his cleaning. I had my ceramic tiles cleaned and sealed. We had moved into this house 5 yrs ago and had no idea that our grout was suppose to be a light color beige! Robert and Derrick was so professional and quick. They made my tile flooring look like new! I am very pleased and impressed with the work they did. We have used Chem-Dry multiple times. They show up on time, are very professional and do a great job. They have gotten stains out left by contractors that I could not get out.
