I run a 365 bed, luxury student housing complex in midtown STL. Before the new school year starts, we have 2 weeks to flip 70% of the building. Rich and his team were able to clean 275 bedrooms in 1.5 weeks! They were fantastic! Also cleaned our leasing office carpet and it hasn't looked this clean since we opened our door two years ago!
