Honestly, I havent used a cleaning service myself but my close friend does, and I asked her what company she is hiring and i tried it last month. Im glad i did, the cleaners were really understanding and Marias crew performed as i instructed because I have a lot of pet at home. Today they cleaned my house and I have no negative experiences. The staff was so nice and i have so much trust for them since my friend has been getting them for years.

Kenneth helped me with a move out cleaning, he was early, diligent, trustworthy and never complained even when we asked a lot from him! He did a good job and tackled the spots that I asked for more attention. Cleaning services are not that cheap but even then, definitely worth it! I have to come back and add that - Kenneth was also just one person with a backpack swiffer and cleaning supplies he could carry. If youre looking to get a whole house clean, I would make sure they send more than one person! (Docked one star)

LaTasha worked fast and did a very thorough job! She was also flexible when I was running late. She delivered a very clean apartment that looked better than when I moved in. I'd also note she cleaned the fridge and oven as part of the job which would have been an additional charge for any of the other service providers I looked into.

CleanZen is wonderful- so glad we found them when we lived in South Boston, and we continue to book them now that we live in Newton. While all of the cleaners we have had from there have been thorough and professional, Danielles team is the one we continue to book over and over for our recurring services- its great to have a team familiar with your home, your pets, etc. and she does a wonderful job. Cleanzen is always very prompt in responding to me to move or book an appointment, responding over text so it doesnt have to interrupt my very busy workdays- and the 24 hour cancellation policy is very reasonable and expected. If teams are ever running late, they contact me- its just really a breeze to work with them.

We scheduled a last minute house cleaning through Cleanzen and it was easy to schedule and their customer service was so helpful! The cleaners from the Mariusz Team, texted us that morning so we knew what time to expect them and they did a phenomenal job. Our first floor is a high traffic area between a toddler, dog and two cats, the Mariusz team left our house spotless!

Mariuszs team did an amazing job! Our dust bunnies are all gone! And I felt so bad about the fact that we left dirty dishes in the sink, we didnt expect them to do them, we were just planning to do them later. We were really surprised and grateful to see that they had cleaned the dishes, AND the sink. It wasnt expected, but they went the extra mile and we certainly appreciated it.
For a one-time cleaning this was so impressive, and it helps so much. Maintaining our apartment with both of us working full time is so much less daunting now that Mariusz and Cleanzen have given us a clean slate.

This was my first time using Cleanzen Cleaning Services who sent Seydi to assist me with a deep cleaning. She was extremely detailed and made sure to take care of every aspect of my new place. After I saw how well she did, I plan to ask her to come back to assist us with monthly cleanings! If looking for a local cleaner they where prompt, detailed, and fairly priced! The two people who came did a great job. The house looks (and smells) great, they were efficient, careful, and as nice as could be. Cleanzen arranged their services and made the process very easy and straightforward. It is pretty expensive, but worth the occasional treat if you're lucky enough to be able to do it. My husband used Cleanzen Cleaning Services for his apartment shortly before we married and moved. His Google account unfortunately won't allow him to write a review, so I'm writing it for him. His apartment was absolutely spotless after they finished their services. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and very responsive. He underestimated just how much cleaning was necessary for him to move, and they were so kind and were able to rise to the occasion. He received his full security deposit back because the apartment looked so good. Highly recommend this service.

I bought a house, which was stressful enough so I decided that I would pay to clean the apartment I was moving out of rather than try to fit in doing it myself. I moved in to my place a few months ago and have actively avoided spending any time in the unfinished basement, other than to do laundry. It was covered in concrete debris, dust and spiderwebs, and generally pretty uninviting. I booked Ana Paulas team through Cleanzen for a move-out clean. They were AMAZING! It took them just a couple hours to do a very thorough deep clean that would have taken days to do myself. Well worth the (very reasonable) cost! My floors, cabinets, counters and tubs are shining! The team was so polite, professional, and very detailed. I could tell they took pride in their work.
My oven is like new again and my stress level is lower than I thought possible. The Cleanzen service makes it so easy, and Ana Paulas team was incredible. I already booked them again for recurring services!

The company was very quick with responses and the website was really easy to use. They also text messaged which works really well for me. We got a deep clean of the house with Keila and Aldaltos team. They did an amazing job and the house looks cleaner than it looked in years lol. I had the cleaning crew conduct the move-out clean on my residence in Philadelphia. They did a great job throughout the house but I was very impressed with the bathrooms and the windows. They did a great job on the grout and tile in the tubs and the windows were certainly in need of some attention and once completed they looked near new. I would certainly recommend them

This was my first time using a cleaning service and I must admit, my expectations were low. Everyone I know has had bad experiences with home cleaning services because of course no one will clean your home like you. I am soooo happy I was assigned Seydi for my first service. She did a great job. Everything she touched sparkled. She was very sweet and receptive to any feedback we had during the process. We used Cleanzen for an initial deep clean and they put in so much work to leave our house sparkling clean. Denise went above and beyond and we are so appreciative of how much time she spent on our house. Their attention to detail was great. I also love how easy it is to book appointments on their site. The only thing I am unsure of is if they use different cleaning materials for the eco clean option?
They didn't seem to know what I meant when I asked about that. I had family over the next day and they noticed and appreciated how clean the house was too. I'm about to book another service for next month now!

Maria and her team came by our office for our first cleaning using Cleanzen services. She and her team were on time, professional and communicative during their work in our office. We needed to reschedule our cleaning at the last minute and we received prompt feedback by email.
