Im pleased to write this review because my experience with Germicidal Maids exceeded my expectations. From start to finish Michael provided exceptional service & excellent communication. They were prompt and Michael fulfilled his commitment to my short notice. Judith did a phenomenal job, and she made an unrecognizable kitchen, and stove, and bathroom look brand new. This was my first time using Germicidal Maids and I look forward to additional service. Thank you!

After our long time cleaner retired, we have been trying service after service trying to find someone equally as good. A friend recommended Germicidal Maids and I am so happy we had this referral! Michael is incredibly easy to contact and schedule with, as well as last minute changes to scheduling. Patty is AWESOME! I've never had a cleaner arrive with so many products and a mini-vacuum!

We had the initial (deep) cleaning done and it is PERFECT! Floors and nice and clean, couches look beautiful (we have a cat who likes to lay on our fabric couch. HAIR). I felt so bad because we had lots of dishes and pots in the sink (teen was suppose to do the dishes last night and forgot). Patty took care of everything! Excited to be a new Germicidal MAIDS client! I used these folks for awhile before moving. On time everytime. Great results, the cleaners speak English and the owner is American. Prices are very reasonable and the schedule is flexible. Also the owner always texts to confirm the appointment a day or two in advance.

Needed a deep cleaning of my finished cement floors in our garage conversion. I asked if the cleaning could be done with a strong disinfectant based cleaner. Germicidal Maids showed up with a special cement garage floor cleaning solution and proceeded to clean the floors by making four separate moppings. Floors were left spotless, and have a barefoot feel like glossed cement. Could not be happier; my expectations greatly exceeded. I wholeheartedly recommend their very fairly priced services.

Management communicates very well and checks in on quality. The Cleaner I have is very hard working and detailed. I have been with them for close to 3 months. I am very happy with my choice. I am on an every 2 week program with a 4 bedroom home. It has sure made my home life easier to manage and just feels nice to have the cleaning done so I can focus on other stuff at home and work. The Cleaner I have gets 10 plus on the stars but this only gives me 5.

I had some packing to do and cleaning for my move. I was overwhelmed. I got a same day cleaner from Germicidal. She was on time, brought her own supplies and cleaned my apartment in a little over one hour. I was so grateful to be done with everything. Hiring a professional cleaner made my life So much easier. We had an emergency in Dana Point and I called Michael at 5pm for same day house cleaning and believe me, he is sending someone today at 10pm to help and save the day! Amazing response, professional support and excellence with assistance! We are looking forward to have Michael and his crew over hopefully not just today but in the long term!
