Stephen appeared at the house the day following the online request. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He didnt force additional testing beyond what was requested. Although the visit only consisted of air quality testing, I would be very comfortable allowing Stephen and his team to conducting mitigation efforts, if needed.

the overall experience with communication was good until after the work was complete. i do believe the mold is back because the root problem was not addressed. a chemical was just sprayed to temporarily remove the mold. we have moved on to hire a reliable company to handle our issue. seems to be they move fast with business to get the money in their pocket and then that's it.

We had an appointment with mold experts, I actually forgot but the tester was very effective contacting me before the appointment for everything needed for the day of testing.
