Great AC company! They listen to your concerns and respond quickly. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything really well and took his time to do the job right. Michael did a great job getting our 5 ton ac unit back to cooling. He recommended replacing the capacitor during the ac inspection but I passed. Should have taken his advice. This company is trustworthy and won't try to upsale you on stuff you don't need. They're straight up with you.

I'm 61 years old. I had a leak in my main water line. Rented a trencher and ran a whole new line. It was tough and I was out of water 6 days. Finished and turned it on and the one place I had to sweat a copper connection leaked. I waited all day for another plumbing service who still hasn't called or showed up. It was on a Sunday. Active Plumbing and A/C answered right away and had Tony there in less than 3 hours. I was first quoted the $69 service fee and $350 for the repair. I could not afford this fee. Tony got approval from his boss and did the job for $175 total. I will never use another service besides them again in the future. They helped me so much at a time I really needed it.

Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help.

Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

My experience start to finish with Mike was a such a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable who seeks to understand and fix the exact issue without just guess work and charging for unnecessary services that didnt solve main issue.

Matt came by to assess whether an access panel could be cut into a jetted tub as recommended by a home warranty companys plumber. Matt took a look at the situation and recommended putting in Delta cartridges and doing a good clean. I about fell out over the cost of cartridge replacement; however the faucet hasnt leaked since.

I called to get a second opinion on finding a leak. They sent someone in less than an hour! Ace/Alex showed up, and Im so thankful he was assigned to our home. He was very hospitable, extremely knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to go through the whole house and explained our issue.

The person who answered the phone was also very kind although I forgot his name.

I have been working with Active Plumbing for a couple of years now because I bought the maintenance plan for my AC and Water heater. Best decision I have made. Carlos who takes care of my water heater and Michael who takes care of my AC are both amazing and straight forward. I also get reminders when the service is due. Because of this both systems are running perfectly even though they are old.

Mike and his assistant were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. Had it fixed quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable and professionally. The price is was fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again. I also recommend this company to anyone.

I had an unknown leak in my kitchen that was causing my entire kitchen floor to get wet, and I couldn't identify the source. Active Plumbing installed a new AC system in our older rental home about a week ago. The previous system was very old and stopped functioning. It was important to have a new system installed before the weather started to get real hot. I wanted to give it at least week before giving a review, in case the system was not performing as anticipated.

In the end, Active Plumbing and Air ended up installing two brand new condensers. The AC is working quite well right now. Wanted to give a shout out to Shawn Williams (Sr. Technician) and his crew. They did a great job installing under difficult circumstances due to how old the home is.

Giving 4 stars since I can't give 4 1/2.

Pros:
1. Crew was mostly on-time, they arrived about half hour late, but was not a huge problem since we were home anyway.

2. Crew was careful not to damage any furniture as they were coming and going in and out the premises.

3. The installed system appears to be working very well right now.

Cons:
1. Crew could have done a little better job cleaning up some of the mess that was left behind. There was some debris that I had to vacuum up later, but it was not too bad.

Got appointment with Active Plumbing within two hours of calling about my Luke warm "hot" water. Brandon, my service tech, called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was very polite, personable & patient, & listened to my hot water heater issues without interruption. Brandon then flushed out my water heater, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Then he noticed my pilot light was out & showed me how to relight. He then asked me a few questions about my hot water heater & suggested I get a magnesium anode rod to prolong the life of the heater. Brandon explained in detail what the benefits of the rod were. I asked for the price estimate & when I said it might be too expensive, he offered to call office & ask for a discount. We discussed a little more about the necessity of switching out the rod & then Brandon went to purchase it. He called again when he was within 10 minutes of arriving. He replaced the rod quickly; we were both shocked at how corroded the old old was, so good thing it was replaced. Brandon talked to me about the maintenance program Active Plumbing had; I said I would think about it. He wrote my bill up. I was able to charge to my credit card. Brandon put a service reminder sticker on my heater for me & I had hot running water again, all within just 3 hours of my initial call to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Very satisfied with Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning, & even more satisfied with their service tech, Brandon. Thanks, Brandon!

They came out right away as I needed and got the job done. Very satisfied both plumbers very friendly I will use them again and their information went right in my contacts. Also Eddie very helpful in setting up my appointment. If you have a plumbing need give them a call. You will be glad you did. All very nice people.

Shawn and the team did a great job for us. We had a 24 year old AC compressor that died. We called and talked to a few different companies and Shawn did a great job presenting their install care, value offering, and warranty plans. After chatting with Shawn for a bit, we decided that replacing the entire system was the right call since the whole system was so old and had been acting up a lot over the last couple of years.

They had the unit installed a couple days later and now our house is livable again. Thanks to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning for a fast, great job for our install!

I honestly cant say enough good things about this company. Last Sunday morning I called them (based on Google reviews) b/c my toilets were not flushing right. They came out an hour after I called and fixed the issue. Unfortunately they learned that my sewer line was all sorts of messed up and needed to be replaced. After getting another quote (which was a lot more $) and getting my homeowners insurance involved (I had coverage thank god), they came back Friday to start the demo of my front yard and finished replacing the pipes today. They even put everything back in my front yard and you wouldnt know any work had been done. Tony was the plumber who did all the work and he was awesome. I will not use another plumber. They were fantastic. 12/10 Highly Recommend

We had a great experience with Active Plumbing. Our house had a pipe leak and Marko was able to come to our house and give us an estimate on the repair and also recommended an entire re-piping of the house. He thoroughly explained in detail what the process would be like in fixing the entire piping system in the house. We decided to repair the entire house. Marko was not only diligent in his work but he was also there to answer any and all questions we had about the project. He was able to fix our situation in less than 3 days time. TL was the best guy to repair my AC. He was knowledgeable with all the information for all the questions that I had. He did the job pretty quickly and with good quality. I will definitely recommend him and the company to the other people. Don"t even think twice call them.

Very prompt service; called and a plumber (Marko) arrived within 1 hour! Marko quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved quickly - he even went above and beyond and cleaned up some pipe work that was done by a previous company (unfortunately, we have so many issues with the water). Active is our go-to going forward (although, hopefully we will not need their services too often :D).

Great customer service. They came in to evaluate and next thing you know the next day my new A/C system was installed. Days later I was having floor leaks and apparently the pvc was cracked at the time of installation due to being so old but as soon as I called they came in the next day replaced/fixed it. If you ask they will explain every detail or concerns that you have. Shawn ensures that everything is completed properly and in timely manner. | 100% recommend.

I had a sewage issue over a weekend. Everything was backed up. I contacted Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning and they came out the same day at no extra charge! Tony was our technician and was so friendly and helpful. He had to spend hours working on my situation and resolved the issue. Was having a problem with my heater and with it getting really cold, I needed it to be fixed. Found Active Plumbing and Air Conditioning online through reviews and decided to give them a shot. T.L. and Raul came the next day and quickly diagnosed there was a problem with my heat sensor. They fixed it and for a very affordable price. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

I had a major pipe break at my house on a Saturday afternoon, had a great experience with the Active Plumbing Service who showed up quickly and worked into the night to get my repair completed successfully! The whole experience was excellent, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. They are a smaller company in Las Vegas and still have the great work ethic that we all look for in service people, that can be very hard to find in larger companies! I Recommend them highly.

I had an old water softener that sprung a significant leak. I called Active Plumbing and Tony arrived within 30 minutes. Very prompt. He mitigated the leak by putting the system in Bypass mode. Being that its a very aged system, we determined that its best to consider replacing the unit vs. major surgery to repair it. Tony kindly gave me information and a quote for a replacement system. Very pleasant experience!
